Kudgel - Chicken Pump b/w Now 7" - Mark Erdody Cancer Care Fundraiser

In the early 1990’s we fell in love with a local Boston noise rock band Kudgel. We love their songs, their live shows and they trusted us with their music when they had better options in terms of name recognition/distribution (e.g. Taang Records). Yes, they trusted an enthusiastic fan to release a 7” for them who had no experience. Putting out that 7” would go on to inform how we would release 40 plus records since. To this day it is one for our favorite releases.

Kudgel were such a special band and at the center of it was Mark Erdody, vocals, and guitar. Mark has Hodgkin's Lymphoma, and we would like to figure out a way to help him, and at the same time make the music he was part of available to a potentially new audience that has not heard how great they were. We are making the few copies we have left available for sale with 300% of the proceeds going to Mark’s medical expenses. Both of us will match the proceeds of the sale of this record as a donation to Mark for trusting us 30+ years ago with his music.
